Today is my birthday, but I celebrated it Saturday night with a bunch of excellent friends. Here is the video of the event for those of you who couldn't make it:

One of my students found out it was my birthday and they all sang to me. They wanted to know how old I was so I told them.
Them: You're not married?
Me: No.
Them: You don't have a boyfriend?
Me: No. And I'm okay with that.
Them: You're okay with being old and alone?
Ahh, children. Aren't they wonderful?

That's funny. Writing Partner and I had a debate once over the use of the phrase "honey melon tits" in a script. I was for it.
